Welcome to St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Rosedale
I hope you will spend some time engaging our website. It is a window into the ministries, fellowship and tapestry of the Episcopalians who call St. Peter’s Church, Rosedale their spiritual home.
Our parish located in Southeast Queens, comprises members from various communities. Our reach and welcome extend to the beloved of God. Since its founding in 1907, St. Peter’s continues to be a lighthouse of faith, hope and love.
As you explore the sections of this website, you will experience a joyful, spirit-filled, and diverse community of faith with a heart and passion for the mission of Jesus Christ. This passion is grounded in our baptismal covenant, as each member seeks to respond to God’s call as an agent of peace, justice, and mercy in this hurting and secularized world.
Please know whatever the situation or circumstance in life, there is a place for you at St. Peter’s. Let us meet each other where we are, become renewed and transformed, so we can celebrate the life-giving possibilities found in Jesus Christ.
I pray your virtual visit becomes an in-person experience and St. Peter’s will be your home away from home. Come and join us. You are welcome here.

Grace and peace to you in the season of the COVID 19 pandemic, St. Peter’s Church has resumed in-person worship, with social distancing and other safety measures in place. Please join us for In-person worship at 9 AM each Sunday. The celebration of the Holy Eucharist will resume on Sunday, October 4th. Due to seating capacity and observance of the physical distancing protocols, we highly encourage advance registration. You may do so online via an email link which is sent each week. Or contact the office to reserve a seat. If you are new to the area or a visitor to the parish, you can contact the office -718-528-1356 between Wednesday 10am and Thursday 3pm to Register.
For those wishing to worship at home, the service is available on Zoom and Tele- conference. Prior to attending our worship services in person, be sure to read our St. Peter’s regathering protocols and Worship Guidelines. Our goal is to ensure your safety while gathering with us. Thank you for again gathering with us safely!
